All of these picks will based on need. Let's see how many I can get right.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
You name a position and the Bucs have a need at it, a big reason they went 2-14 last year. QB is the most important position in the game, I expect the Bucs to go QB here.
2. Tennessee Titans - Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
Like many teams drafting in the top-10, the Titans are another QB needy team. Expect them to take the best QB available.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars - Dante Fowler, EDGE, Florida
They have many more glaring needs on the offensive side of the ball, far too early in the draft to draft a OL or WR. Jags look to improve their abysmal pass rush with the selection of Fowler.
4. Oakland Raiders - Leonard Williams, DL, USC
There are questions about this kid's motor, and that he takes plays off, but the potential is there for him to be a perennial pro-bowler at the Defensive Tackle position.
5. Washington Redskins - Vic Beasley, EDGE, Clemson
With the departure of Brian Orakpo, the Skins have a glaring need at OLB in their scheme.
6. New York Jets - Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
This guy is a physical FREAK! 6'3", 215 and ran sub-4.4 at the combine. Will pair nicely with the Marshall and Decker tandem, Marshall be able to mentor him for a couple of seasons before he retires.
7. Chicago Bears - Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
He was the most productive WR last year, he is a catching machine.
8. Atlanta Falcons - Shane Ray, EDGE, Missouri
The Falcons have needs on defense, and edge rusher is a major one.
9. New York Giants - Brandon Schreff, OL, Iowa
A college tackle who draws comparison to Zack Martin. He is a BEAST. and a MAULER that dominated in the Big 10. He should be an all-pro guard for many years to come.
10. St. Louis Rams - La'el Collins, OL, LSU
A big reason why Sam Bradford couldn't stay healthy was the turnstile of offensive lineman put in front of him. Rams draft OL, in hopes to not get Foles killed.
11. Minnesota Vikings - Devante Parker, WR, Louisville
I hate to say that the Patterson experiment is over...but looks like it will be after the Vikings draft Parker. Parker has a lot of upside, but he has injury concerns.
12. Cleveland Browns - Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
Phil Taylor is a bust. Cleveland was beyond terrible against the run, drafting the best NT available will bolster that defense.
13. New Orleans Saints - Bud Dupree, EDGE, Kentucky
Experts have Bud Dupree going in the Top-10. I disagree, New Orleans will be a great place for the disruptive Dupree.
14. Miami Dolphns - Trae Waynes, CB, Michigam State
Waynes is a big physical corner who is replacing a former pro-bowler in Cortland Finnegan.
15. San Francisco 49ers - Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
The 49ers have a need at RB and Gurley is this year's best back. They also have needs at MLB after Borland and Willis both retired and CB after letting half of their secondary walk.
16. Houston Texans - Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Houston needs help in their secondary, they take the best CB available who fits their scheme.
17. San Diego Chargers - Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami
RIver needs to be protected. San Diego did not do that very well last year.
18. Kansas City Chiefs - Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
Alex Smith spent most of his time scrambling for his life last year, Andy Reid loves drafting OL early.
19. Cleveland Browns - DJ Humphries, OT, Florida
Cleveland doesn't care who their QB is, they just want to protect him. Schwarts will kick into Guard and Humphries starts at RT as a rookie.
20.Philadelphia Eagles - Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
A trouble player whose stock plummeted after being dismissed from Missouri. He has top-10 talent, but his off the field antics will cost him.
21. Cincinnati Bengals - Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
Cincinnati needs someone who can take some of the double coverage away from AJ Green, Agholor has talent and should be able to do so.
22. Pittsburg Steelers - Randy Gregory, EDGE, Nebraska
Like Dorial Green-Beckham, Gregory comes with talent and a lot of baggage, The Steelers have several other needs on defense but with Worilds retiring and the Jarvis Jones experiment failing, the Steelers need a pass rusher.
23. Detroit Lions - Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
Tailback U does it again, Gordon was very productive behind a road-grading offensive line at Wisconsin, Reggie Bush is gone and Gordon's value is too good to pass up here.
24. Arizona Cardinals - Arik Armstead, DL, Oregon
Armstead looks like Tarzan,, but on occasions plays like Jane. One scout said he "looks like a 1st round pick, but plays like a 4th rounder", but with Dockett gone and no RB worthy of being taken this high, Armstead should be a good fit in the Cardinals scheme.
25. Carolina Panthers - Shaq Thompson, Defensive Player, Washington
He played LB in college but projects as a SS in the pros. He is all over the field and uses his size and quickness to his advantage.
26. Baltimore Ravens - Breshard Perriman, WR, Central Florida
I can't name another WR on the Ravens roster besides Steve Smith (who turns 36 soon). Perriman is the best available WR and the Ravens will snag him with their pick.
27. Dallas Cowboys - Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
Morris Claiborne has been a bust, time for Dallas to move on.
28. Denver Broncos - Cameron Erving, OL, Florida State
Erving was a below average OT and made the switch to become an elite Center, He can play all 5 positions, the definition of a piano ma along the OL.
29. Indianapolis Colts - Landon Collins, S, Alabama
How Collins slips this far is beyond me. Collins has all-pro potential as a in-the-box safety.
30. Green Bay Packers - Eric Kendricks, LB, UCLA
The Pack dones't have a single starting caliber ILB on their team, Kendricks is a steal this late in the drafy.
31 New Orleans Saints - Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami
This kid can flat out fly. He had one of the fastest 40 times at the combine and can take the top off of a defense, a good replacement for Colston.
32. New England Patriots - Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma
The WIlfork era is over, the Patriots need another stud NT to replace big Vince. Phillips should be able to do so.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
