NFC West: San Francisco 49ers
Record: 11-5
The NFC West has been a toss up the last few years between Seattle and San Francisco. San Francisco will not take a step backwards this year. The Seahawks make go 12-4 this year, and I am predicting the Niners will compile two of those losses.
NFC South: New Orleans Saints
Record: 10-6
The Carolina Panthers won the NFC South last year, but the Panthers' front office didn't do Cam Newton any favors when they let all of his receiving threats go this off-season. Drew Brees and the Saints have the most complete team in the division and have won two of the last five Divisional championships.
NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles
Record: 10-6
Chip Kelly's high octane offense lead the upstart Eagles to a Divisional championship last year, I expect them to repeat and claim their Division title in back to back years.
NFC North: Green Bay Packers
Record: 11-5
The NFC North title has gone through Green Bay the last three years. The other three teams in the NFC North just have not been able to dethrone the Pack - I do not expect anything to change this year.
AFC West: Denver Broncos
Record: 14-2
The Broncos have won the AFC the last three season. They still have a first ballot hall of famer playing QB, and also added some pieces in free agency on the defensive side of the ball, with the likes of Demarcus Ware, Aqib Talib and TJ Ward.
AFC South: Houston Texans
Record 10-6
The Houston Texans had an awful year last year. I expect them to go from worst to first this year in their respective division. They have added some great pieces via the draft, which include Jadeveon Clowney, Louis Nix III and Max Bullough. I look for this team to be a dark horse Superbowl contender this year.
AFC East: New England Patriots
Record: 10-6
The Patriots have won 11 Divisional championships since 2001. I expect nothing to change.
AFC North: Cincinnati Bengals
Record: 9-7
The Bengals have a young team that has been very competitive in the NFC North. I expect them to repeat as contenders over the aging Ravens and Steelers and the turnstile of rebuilding that is the Cleveland Browns.
